Juya9 Terms and Conditions – Complete Rules for Using Our Service

1General Introduction

Juya9 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "juya9") operates an online Sports Betting and gaming platform for bettors in Bangladesh, accessible via the juya9.my domain. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between juya9 and any registered user of the platform.

These Terms and Conditions have been prepared in Bangla so our Bangladeshi users can understand them with ease. juya9 believes transparency is the foundation of trust — which is why no vague or misleading language has been used here.

• These terms and conditions apply to all services and products on the platform.
• juya9's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines are also considered part of these Terms and Conditions.
• In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version of these terms and conditions shall be considered definitive.

2Account Registration

To open an account at juya9, you must provide the following information accurately. Accounts created with false or incomplete information may be suspended at any time, and any balance in such accounts may be forfeited.

• Full legal name (as it appears on your National ID or passport)
• Active mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Valid email address
• Date of Birth (for age verification)

The mobile number provided at registration must be verified via OTP. The bKash or Nagad number used for payments must be registered in the account holder's own name — third-party payments are not accepted.

3Age Verification

Juya9's services are for users aged 18 and above only. This age limit is strictly enforced, and you may be asked to provide proof of age (NID, passport, or birth certificate) at any time.

• Withdrawal may be restricted until age verification is completed.
• Any account opened by a person under 18 will be closed and deposited funds returned.
• If an account is opened using a false age, all payouts and bonuses may be forfeited.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on juya9 can be carried out through Bangladesh's widely used mobile banking and banking channels. The following transaction rules apply at all times.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100
• Maximum Single Deposit: ৳50,000
• bKash and Nagad deposits are typically processed within 3–5 minutes
• Bank transfers may take between 30 minutes and 6 hours to process
• The payment method must be registered in the account holder's name

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳200
• Single Maximum Withdrawal: ৳50,000
• Daily Maximum Withdrawal Limit: ৳1,00,000
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal
• juya9 does not charge any withdrawal fees — standard fees from your mobile banking operator may apply

5Bonuses & Promotions

Juya9 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own terms, though some general rules apply to all bonuses.

• The same person, household, device, or IP address may not claim a bonus offer more than once.
• Accepting a bonus offer is entirely optional — you can make a deposit without claiming any bonus if you prefer.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
• Any unused bonus balance remaining after the bonus expiry date will be automatically cancelled.
• If there is evidence of abuse of any bonus offer, the bonus in that account may be cancelled.

6Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply as soon as a bet is placed at juya9. Specific rules may apply for particular sports or events.

• Bet Acceptance: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except through the Cash Out feature.
• Odds Changes: If the odds change before a bet is confirmed, the user will be given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled, all bets placed on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
• Push Bet: If the result is a draw (or push odds), the original stake will be returned.
• Technical Error: juya9 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error on the platform.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum payout on a single bet is capped at ৳5,00,000.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to protect the integrity of juya9's services. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Bonus system abuse (placing bets on opposing outcomes in accumulators to guarantee bonus conversion)
• Betting using insider information (match fixing or insider betting)
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Depositing money obtained through money laundering or illegal sources
• Using third-party payment methods
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to juya9's systems

8Account Closure & Suspension

Juya9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information
• Breach of any clause in these terms and conditions
• When suspicious activity is detected for security reasons
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)

Users may also close their account at any time upon request. In such cases, any real money balance will be refunded, but unused bonuses will be forfeited.

9Limitation of Liability

Juya9 is committed to delivering the highest quality of service. However, our liability is limited in certain circumstances.

• juya9 is not liable for any losses caused by a user's internet connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized third-party access to an account — where the user has failed to take appropriate security measures.
• In the event of service disruption caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.
• For financial losses from betting — betting is a high-risk form of entertainment and participation is entirely at the user's own risk.

10Changes to Terms

Juya9 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Advance notice will be sent to your registered email address.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the change.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to any changes, you may close your account and withdraw your real money balance.
